Shipping Related

Free Shipping Option
Our bank in Latin America is located in Chile, so if your purchase in that country is over $50,000 Chilean pesos, shipping will be free in the following destination regions IV, V, VI, VII and RM.
Mutual Responsibilities
If you want to modify your purchase order, you can request the change you want to make 24 hours after we send you your purchase confirmation. You will have to send an email to contacto@deliriumseeds.com, from that moment you can check with the executive in charge to make the changes to your purchase order. In the case that your change generates an amount in your favor, a refund can be made within 72 business hours if the payment was made by transfer. In case it is paid by Webpay, you can make a refund of the amount within a period of 35 days. If the change generates an amount bigger than the amount paid, you can manage the corresponding payment with the executive. If you did not receive confirmation of your order, you will have 72 hours to write to us and inform us of this delay. You must send us an email to contacto@deliriumseeds.com. If we do not have notification of the situation, we will understand that you received the notification in a satisfactory manner.
Consider that the orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled or modified.
Terms and Conditions of Payment
You can pay through Webpay with a credit or debit card for Chile and for the rest of the countries you can make the payment through PayPal payment.
When you finished your shopping cart and entering the payment method, if you choose the Webpay option, the page will redirect you to your banks page, where you will enter the corresponding data to complete the payment.
We also have the option of bank transfer. Depending on your country, request bank data information. Once you make the transfer, you must send proof of the payment to contacto@deliriumseeds.com with your full name and order number in the subject, after which, our finance department will review the payment in our bank to confirm the transaction. If it does not appear in our records, you will be replied to the same email so you can contact your bank and review what happened with your funds, and if you have the payment record, you will be sent the order confirmation email and will proceed to shipment.
You have to consider that no shipment will be made unless we can confirm the payment of the corresponding order in our bank.

We cannot be held responsible if the package returned to us.

27. In the event that you need to return a product, we will accept it within 10 days of delivery. It is worth mentioning that the product must be returned in its entirety, in its packaging, with its complete content. The seeds must be unopened and also in the original packaging. Any free gifts or items that were included with the purchase must also be returned.
28. To make the return you must pay the value of the shipment in the agency that you considered appropriate. It is important that you send us proof of shipment to our email or contact number, including the order number and your contact information.
29. Once the order has arrived and the item has been fully inspected and meets the return requirements, the refund will be made within 7 days or sooner. We will contact you by email if we need any additional information to make a refund.
30. If you receive a product from us that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery of the package. We will request that you send us an email with a clear image of the damaged product and share your order number with us. Once we receive the images and analyze them, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We may require you to send the damaged item back to us, and we will refund the return shipping cost in this case.

32. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless you return a defective product, we made a mistake, or you received a damaged product.
